When something goes wrong with an order it is nearly always the connection, not the product itself. A cream charger or an N2O tank only works with kit the manufacturer says fits it, and the name on a listing tells you nothing about whether a thread meets your regulator.
Before you order, get three things off what you already have. Who made the regulator or siphon. The model as written on it, not from memory. And what size unit it takes now.
Send those three with your message and we check it against the current manufacturer instructions before anything goes out. No cost, one message.
Two things catch people. Moving from a charger to a 5 kg or 10 kg tank usually means a different regulator, not just a bigger bottle. And anything damaged, changed or repaired outside what the manufacturer says should not be used at all, whatever happens to fit it.
What we sell is for lawful culinary and food-service work, on kit that fits it, inside the rules that apply. If you are not sure about your setup, ask us first.
